Reservations for the new winter season will be accepted from October 1.
Due to the rush of inquiries during the first few days accepting applications, we will use the method of selecting applicants rather than on a first-come first-served basis.
In recent years, many visitors to NozawaOnsen in winter season.
And, during New Year's holidays, Weekends with National holiday, and high season dates, our inn is almost fully booked with regular guests.
So, please note that it may be difficult to make new reservations.
*We will not accept applications for dates that are certain to be fully booked.

Notification of results
Oct 6 to Oct 8 |
We reply results whether or not you are able to stay.
You may be selected or not be selected. |

- Special note
- In principle, advance reservations will be accepted for consecutive nights (2 nights or more).
Reservation changes to single night stay will be cancelled (for fraud prevention).
- We cannot accept waiting lists for cancellations.
- We may decline the following requests at our discretion.
- If the guest's identity or contact information is unclear.
- When there is no contact for more than 3 days or you takes several days to make a decision.
- If you will keep multiple rooms even though your itinerary is vague.
- When there is a concern of trouble, etc.
